Job description:

· Able to drawing facade shop drawings and design sketches.

· Check structural drawings and architectural drawings for any design concerns or discrepancies.

· Attend necessary design meetings to resolve design issues and present design proposal, and write meeting minutes.

· Coordinate with Client, Main Contractor, Architect and Consultants for design & technical concerns.

Our Client is a prestige beauty company and We seek a Regional Indirect Procurement Assistant Manager(4 Months Contract - Maternity Cover) to support the Indirect Procurement Lead for several categories of spend including but not limited to Store Construction, Maintenance and Visual Merchandising.

Job Responsibilities:

To support and assist the indirect procurement lead in procurement activities for the region in APAC for various categories, primarily store construction and Visual Merchandising spend; leverage procurement and commercial opportunities to reduce cost, negotiate projects with vendors to achieve substantial savings, maintain or increase quality.

· 60% - Provide procurement & admin support to the Indirect Procurement Regional Lead. This includes communication with stakeholders on their requirements and priorities as well as coordinating tender process (RFXs) for the region. Coordinate vendor presentations and stakeholder evaluations as part of tender process. Communicate progress of projects in meeting performance goals.

· 20% - Assists in developing and reporting of savings, compiling of spend analysis, maintenance of approval hierarchy from requests, streamlining and improving procurement activities for all indirect spend categories

· 20% - Support the maintenance of central repository filling tools for all Indirect Procurement documents, contracts, tenders, etc

Job Requirements

· 5+ years of experience in supporting sourcing activities across multiple markets for mixed categories, preferably in store construction, store maintenance and / or visual merchandising.

· Strong technical skills in project Management / Construction experience with the ability to read and understand technical drawings, store and visual layouts.

· Proficient in Windows Office. Necessary ERP systems, SAP, Ariba beneficial.

· Ability to engage effectively and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
