A leading organization in the shipping industry is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant.
The Role
You'll ensure the smooth running of the office by handling tasks ranging from guest management to finance administration. Your duties will include maintaining a professional office environment, administering visitors' passes, managing courier and dispatch needs, overseeing the booking and cleanliness of meeting rooms, maintaining pantry and stationery supplies, assisting in organizing office events and activities, aiding with travel arrangements, visa documentation, managing business expenses, and assisting with intercompany reconciliations among others. In essence, your role will be pivotal in keeping the office functional, efficient, and welcoming.
Your Profile
You should have at least a Diploma / Degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in the administrative / secretarial function. You should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
