They are looking for a Administrative assistant to support a team of bankers.

Job Responsibilities

1. Dairy management, including organizing internal and external meetings

2. Coordinating on-boarding and off boarding work

3. Providing support including request handling for application access and obtaining necessary approval for business activities

4. Recording client meeting in Compass, registering event in Global event Management systems for client and creating road show for business traveller

5. Preparing supporting document for travel and expense reimbursement report and follow up action

6. Booking and providing necessary arrangements and documents for business travel

7. Managing office supplies

8. Providing adhoc administrative support

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ degreee or equivaelnt with min 5 years of work experience in administrative role from global banking/ banking industry and within global market/ front office.
• Experience prioritizing multiple tasks and activities
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to handle multi-tasks effectively and able to work under pressure
• Pleasant, responsible, mature, fast-learning, proactive and independent
• Experience exercising judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate action
• Experience with Microsoft Office, G-Suite
• Should have good communication and stakeholder management skills
