The Senior Lab Analyst is part of the pioneer team in the startup of EVAL production line, assisting the Chemist in setup of QC Laboratory at new EVAL site, including training of Laboratory analyst, Laboratory system establishment and management to achieve safe and stable commissioning and startup of the new plant.

Responsibilities:

• Perform raw material, intermediate and final product Quality analysis.
• Interpret and report test results accurately and timely based on test method.
• Supports troubleshooting technical issues pertaining to equipment and analysis.
• Support establishment and maintenance of lab system and equipment validation and calibration.
• Maintenance of quality document and development of quality procedures.
• Provide training to Laboratory Analysts and Process Technicians in analysis instrument procedures.
• Manage and maintain chemicals, reagents, and consumables.
• Support Procurement process and upkeep of inventory.
• Implement and improve analytical and equipment work process.
• Implement and participate in safety and quality improvement activities.
• Other works as assigned by Superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or Science related field.
• Min 5years experience in analytical laboratory environment.
• Hands-on experience with GC, ICP, Titration and polymer testing equipment
• Hands-on experience with equipment calibration and reagent preparation.

BIM Modeler

Job scope

• Responsible for the preparation of architectural detailed shop-drawings and working drawings (Architectural / Structural) using Revit and ensuring that design and detail confirms to project construction.
• Assist Project Team by providing timely BIM Coordination and best of knowledge with accurate information for construction.
• To extract information from 3D Revit and develop the shop-drawings and resolve discrepancies in the drawings with Engineering Department & Project Team.
• Develop detailed drawings and specifications according to Client-Consultant's needs / request.
• Develop As-built drawing for submission / handover of the project completion to client / consultants.
• To assist with Tender Bids / Drawings by developing overall floor plans and sectional drawings.
• To attend Technical / BIM meeting when required.
• Ensure all required drawing is completed on-time.

Bartender / Mixlogist
Location: City Hall
Working Day : Mon to Sun ( 44hrs work week, 2 days off)
Working Time: 11am to 11pm ( might have 1 to 2 days split shift)
Work after 12am will have a company transport send directly to home.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Manager in the daily operations and assigned responsibilities.
• Be familiar with preparation, ingredients and presentation of all drinks offered in menus.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve food & beverages.
• Ability to keep Bar organised, restock and replenish Bar inventory and supplies.
• Perform daily and month-end inventory count.
• Make every effort to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of Guest’s beverage requests throughout service.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Bar operations.
• Knowledge of cocktails, liquors, spirits and wine
