Primary Responsibilities

Job Purpose:

The Financial Planning and Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing financial models, and providing strategic insights to support the company's decision-making processes. This role involves creating financial forecasts, identifying trends, and collaborating with various departments to optimize financial performance and drive business growth.

• Financial Planning & Forecasting:

1. Assist in the development and management of the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and reports.
3. Analyze variances between actual results and forecast/budget and provide actionable insights.

• Data Analysis & Financial Modeling:

1. Build and maintain complex financial models to assess the financial impact of business decisions.
2. Analyze key business drivers, financial metrics, and KPIs to support strategic initiatives.
3. Conduct profitability analysis for products, services, and business units.

• Business Performance Analysis:

1. Work with departmental leaders to develop financial targets and performance metrics.
2. Evaluate business performance through data-driven insights, including ROI analysis, margin analysis, and cost optimization.
3. Provide recommendations to improve revenue generation and cost efficiency.

• Strategic Support:

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Food & Beverage (“F&B”) staff to contribute effectively in achieving MICE’s plans and goals
• Ensure memorable and exceptional experiences for all guests and customers with creative and innovative ideas and concepts with a strong guest recognition system/program
• Monitor and collaborate with the Culinary team to achieve and maintain a healthy food cost, efficiency and/or profitability
• Ensure all guest areas are kept and maintained in a spotlessly clean and comfortable state, and proper work areas are provided for team members and kept and maintained in a safe, clean, tidy and organized environment
• Provide coaching and guidance to F&B team and fulfill all training needs for their future development

Requirements

• Preferably certificate in F&B/Hospitality Management
• Minimum 2 years’ experience at a managerial level, preferably having F&B banquet experience
• Knowledge of various drink recipes and beverage service standards
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with cheerful personality

Responsibilities:

• Prepares engineering information required for the production departments and to execute activities within schedule.
• Coordinates interdisciplinary and subcontracting activities where required.
• Reviews supplier / sub-contractors design deliverables.
• Prepares project documentation for submission and for production works using PLM
• Prepares design and production drawings such as main cable routings, cable tray layout, cable schedules, electrical diagram and etc.)
• Coordinates with other engineering team members (i.e. within shipyard engineering department, production, QC, etc.), subcontractors and consultants on technical issues
• Prepare outfitting material and electrical fittings for vessel to project technical requirement specifications
• Prepares arrangement and bill of material for outfitting and equipment supports for the procurement.
• Provides updates to production and project team members on all aspects engineering deliverables to support yard’s fabrication and installation activities

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or any other related engineering disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Electrical and Instrumentation design and/or engineering in the oil and gas industry
• Experience in electrical related design and marine vessels added advantage
• Proficient in engineering office software and CAD tools such as AVEVA or equivalent
• Able to work overtime where project has requirement.

Community Engagement and Events

• Organise and execute events, promotional activities, and product launches to increase engagement and footfall.

• Support influencer and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) campaigns to amplify reach.

Job Requirements:

Education and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 4–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the retail or F&B industries, with a proven track record in campaign development and management.
• Experience with team leadership and vendor management is essential.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategic planning, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is highly desirable.
• Skilled in managing Google Ads campaigns and social media marketing.
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for copywriting and proofreading.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks without strict supervision.
