Job Description

We are recruiting for Human Resource (HR) & Admin Executive who will support the HR & Admin Manager in the full spectrum of HR activities and providing HR services to the business. The individual works independently with dedication and has a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines. Your Main Job Responsibilities

• Handle HR tasks relating to HR policies, Unit4 Prosoft HRMS, talent acquisition, on/off boarding, compensation and benefits, learning and development, etc.
• Support the management in overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of the work environment
• Prepare employment contracts, acknowledgement of resignation letters, staff confirmation letters, promotion letters and other HR-related letters

• Process CPF, IR8A, IR21, NSman make-up pay claim, government-paid leave schemes, government grants and submissions such as MOM surveys, wage surveys, etc
• Assist in compensation and benefits review, salary survey and benchmarking and employee engagement survey analysis
• Handle end-to-end processing of monthly payroll computation and ad-hoc processing of commission payment and referral fees for employees, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness in the payment of salaries in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
• Maintain up-to-date forms/records on training and to administer training for employees
• Plan, coordinate and organize, which are inclusive but not limited to meetings, events, etc
• Procure office stationery, business cards, company stamps, uniforms, etc and issue to employees
• Manage the maintenance and housekeeping of office premises and equipment such as copiers, air-conditioners, water dispensers, etc
• Assist with general administration and other ad-hoc tasks as required

Your Professional Background

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management
• Minimum 3 year’ HR-related experience

· Check the shipment with Driver & Driver Assistant before dispatch

. Assist to load the goods into the truck for dispatch

· Warehouse housekeeping

· Assist on online KCP (events)

· Other Ad-hoc duties given by superior

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.

• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): warehouse, picking, sorting, loading, unloading, logistics
• An advantage to have basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Preferably working experience in FMCG warehouse
• Will be an advantage if candidate has a Forklift Operating License

A. Main Responsibilities

1.Assist in the sourcing of products and services.

2.Prepare procurement requests via quotations.

3.Maintain and manage vendors to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.

4.Monitoring materials project materials usage and project cost control.

5.Monitoring products and services pricing and quality.

6.Implement Purchase SOP, eg process , manage, control and evaluate – vendor , supplier & sub-con

7.Involve admin work: monitoring staff and workers, supplier and sub-con clearance for project site, data key in and Helping in company event, ISO audit, internal control audit , SOP audit

8.Involve logistics work: machine spare parts stock, lifting gear inspection, tools calibration.

9.Assistant in all procurement matters and Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Organization
