Rise Kids and Teens is looking for an assistant therapy centre manager to help with the busy day to day running of our childrens therapy clinic. Minimum 5 years experience in a similar setting preferred and familiarity with Plato software beneficial. Must be able to problem solve on the spot while helping to create a welcoming environment for our clients to come to. This will be a front of house position welcoming clients and scheduling our therapists. Knowledge of the different therapy offerings is essential. Job Position: Account Assistant

Key duties and responsibilities

• Assist in AR & AP accounting duties
• Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, recording bank documentations and filing of documents
• Generate monthly reports detailing accounts receivable status and end of period account closing activities, sending bill reminders & contacting customers on due invoices if any
• Ensured that all vendor invoices are processed on a timely basis
• Generate monthly reports detailing accounts payable status and end of period account closing activities
• Ensure continuous improvement of processes
• Attention to detail and communication abilities
• Basic phone calls, emails manners required
• All other duties as assigned.

Required/Preferred Skills:

• Certificate in Nitec/Diploma in Accounting or other relevant certificate
• PC literate with Microsoft Excel and Xero accounting software
• Basic accounting principles and key finance terms
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Ability to work both independently and / or within a team environment

1. Build and execute social media plan that is aligned with the corporate objectives
2. Generate, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections with target audiences

Qualifications
