Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
· Greet and assist members upon check-in at the gym counter with a friendly and professional demeanor.
· Issue, replenish, and track towel distribution to members.
· Promote and sell beverages and other gym-related products to members.
· Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and member inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym floor, ensuring all equipment is in proper working order.
· Provide support and guidance to members on the gym floor, offering assistance with exercises, equipment use, and general inquiries.
· Manage class bookings efficiently, ensuring a smooth scheduling process for members.
· Assist with any other duties as needed to ensure the gym operates smoothly.
Requirements:
· Basic proficiency in PC and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Email).
· Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
· Minimum educational qualification of N or O level.
· A genuine interest in fitness, health, and the gym environment.
· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
· A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards assisting members and improving their experience.
