How You Will Make a Difference

The work of GFI is funded through philanthropy. We fundraise as a network of nonprofits through a collaborative operating model toward a global fundraising goal. Asia Pacific is a strategic area of growth for our global fundraising efforts and we therefore plan to expand the team on the ground.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director of GFI APAC, you will be in a senior, frontline fundraising role, building and sustaining relationships with our growing family of supporters, and building a development team as part of the GFI global fundraising framework. Your role will have high responsibility and high impact. • Diploma/Degree with at 1-2 years sales and key account experience in FMCG;
• Possesses excellent planning, interpersonal & analytical skills with a solid commercial acumen;
• Possesses Class 3 driving license with own vehicle;

1. Receive goods from forwarders and issue/pack goods for salesman delivery

2. Maintain warehouse tidiness, organize and rearrange goods in warehouse (must be physically fit to carry and stack carton boxes onto pallet or warehouse shelves)

3. Safeguard and liaise with salesman for goods returned

4. Gatekeeping to ensure and quality check goods returned according to “Goods Return” document

5. Input quantity and description of goods issued or returned to accounting system

6. Any other related jobs upon request

1. Assist in handling day-to-day Accounts function, eg, Preparing of Tax invoices /Delivery Order /Credit Note etc.

2. Submission of E-invoice at customer portal, follow up discrepancies if any

3. Generating Weekly Sales Report and Monthly Write-Off Report

4. Administrative duties, such as filing, answering phone, ordering stationery, arranging courier service/mail

5. Other ad-hoc duties when required
