Job scope:

- Conduct direct sales activities outdoors to potential customers.
- Meet IDs & sell sanitary product / toilet fixtures e.g. sensor tap, soap dispenser, hand dryer, toilet bowl etc.
- Present and promote products or services to prospective clients.
- Maintain records of sales activities and follow-up actions.

Job Description:

• Maintenance of building, facilities and security in all Company’s site.
• Coordinate and execute, when necessary, inspection, testing, general maintenance and repair of the critical site systems and equipment in order. Ensure that all equipment and other facilities are working properly.
• Critical systems and equipment includes power/ UPS, back-up generator and fuel supply. HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), plumbing/ water supply, security doors/ alarms/ cameras, Fire safety systems and equipment.
• Provide situation/ status update to the Facility Manager on issues which are to be resolved and the critical system or equipment is fully operational.
• Initiate interventions to solve problems in the facilities and develop a system for cleaning, repair and maintenance of facilities.
• Deliver timely and efficient solutions to facility-related requests.
• Liaise with contractor on maintenance/ repair.
• Supervise contractor on-site.
