The University offers bachelor & master programmes in business, psychology, information technology & education at the Singapore campus of James Cook University.

- All MOM matters such as apply/renew/cancel work permits/apply workers levy waiver/coretrade course or SOC course,etc include all documentation works related to foreign workers and welfare.

- All other admin or accounts duties relate to foreign works like payroll, medical, etc

- Any Ad-hoc assigned by Superior and as required by govt agencies.

- Up keep of all documents like filing, record etc.

To support our growth plans, we seek to recruit a collaborative, dynamic and results-driven individual to join us as an Office Assistant (8.30am - 1.30pm)

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and vacuuming the office areas
• Maintaining the pantry area clean and neat
• Serving drinks should there is guest(s)
