• Degree/Diploma in Accounting
• Working experience in handling full sets of accounts

Key Responsibilities include:

• Assist and support the CEO in the following (but not limited to):
• Support in recruitment and outreach efforts
• Review work processes and controls to improve effectiveness and efficiency
• Ensuring all operations are compliant with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Assist in the preparation of business papers of the various financing schemes and incentives
• Monitoring, validating, and reporting on all financing schemes and incentives
• Timely reporting and analysis on all financing schemes and incentives to ensure achievement of plans and objectives
• Provide administrative support and perform any other project and ad-hoc tasks to assist the team
• Support the CEO in various corporate projects and initiatives

• Lead daily integrated marketing cross-functional scrum and related stand-up activities to identify and prioritize planning and execution agenda
• Manage multiple projects, campaigns, and events in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Plan, implement, and optimize paid campaigns across various platforms
• Apply SEO, content development, distribution, and measurement to effectively tailor content to reach audience personas

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Performance/Digital Marketing within the lifestyle, retail, or fashion industry.
• Proven ability to design and implement successful marketing campaigns.
• Ability to pull data from various resources and translate it into trends, action plans and reporting templates
• Proven expertise in digital and programmatic marketing, e.g. Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media and creative design etc.
• Strong track record in marketing communications, lead generation, PR and achieving ambitious sales targets
• Demonstrated strong business judgement and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify, prioritize and articulate highest impact initiatives in global markets
