Job Description

You will be part of the NUS College administrative team working closely with the Vice Dean (Outreach) as well as team leads and team members to oversee, optimise and strengthen administrative processes throughout the Outreach pillar, and provide support in selected outreach efforts. The incumbent is expected to develop internal policies and procedures, establish and implement robust administrative systems, and ensure audit compliance for these systems, including systems related to undergraduate admissions processes. The incumbent will also oversee the management of our databases, particularly with the goal of analysing and tracking data to inform and refine strategies. This is an operational position within the Asia Centre for Health Security (ACHS). The incumbent will be part of the team to support the core functions of the centre. Their duties would include supporting the administration functions, conducting education and training programs, convening meetings, and secretariat functions.

• Provide core administrative support for students in the areas of academics, physical/emotional well-being and professionalism and general administrative assistance as required

• Secretariat for the Occupational Health Clinic
• Assist in data analytics work
• Staff advisor for student peer support group

Qualifications
