Fabrica AI is reinventing how robots are developed. Currently novel robots take 5-20 years. We are building a design automation platform to bring it down to a month, and have already demonstrated significant progress by developing tile grouting robots in record time. Robotics simulation and reinforcement learning has been advancing a lot making it 1000x cheaper to train robots compared to 5 years ago, and as Jensen Huang said at Nvidia GTC 2024, "the ChatGPT moment for robotics may be just around the corner." We are seeking a skilled Research Assistant to support our advanced research in developing new methodologies utilising cutting-edge automation approach to unveil the complex connection between microbial population and human health. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for sample preparation, single-cell isolation workflow optimization, and novel bacterial species characterisation. We are seeking to recruit a proactive and motivated research assistant to join the Bezos Centre for Sustainable Protein at the National University of Singapore (NUS) launched on 5 September 2024, the first of its kind in Asia to advance research in alternative proteins. Led by experts from NUS and research institutes in Singapore, the Centre aims to drive global food security and accelerate regional innovation. The focus will be on microalgae research and biomass fermentation, to produce high-quality, affordable, and sustainable microbial proteins from microalgae and biomass fermentation that can be further developed into cultured meat and plant-based protein hybrids. Microbial proteins will be cultivated through fermentation and processed using emerging bio-physical techniques for effective biotransformation, to improve digestibility, flavour, and nutritional profile. As a research assistant, you will assist with conducting and monitoring microalgal cultivation bioprocesses via analytical techniques to achieve maximal product titres, yields, and rates. You will also assist with processing the microbial proteins for optimal digestibility, flavour, and nutritional profiles. The candidate will work closely with postgraduate and postdoctoral researchers. Appointments will be initially made on a 1-year contract, renewable for up to 5 years.

- Make sure the customer and driver sign and chop on the invoices.

- Print missing NTUC invoices, Goods Received Note or Purchase invoice for filing if it is found on the website.

- Modify and print out daily list for invoice sorting.

- Ask for reason as to why the invoices are not back yet.

- Scan invoices requested by customer

• Matching for DFI and NTUC invoices.

a. Update Excel for both DFI and NTUC

b. NTUC

- Photocopy incorrect invoices and print out Purchase Order for Credit note, Debit Note.

- Inform Order desk to ask the customer to reopen or modify purchase order if they are closed, incorrect

or did not open purchase order.

- Scan and submit invoices for matching.

- Look for Purchase order/ Good Received note on the website if the invoice is returned without the

Purchase Order and Good Received note Number/ Attachment.

- Submit the Credit note/Debit note along with invoices.

c. DFI

- Create/modify master list to be submitted to DFI for invoices that needs to be rectify or added in for

matching.

- Photocopy the incorrect invoices and submit to DFI.

- If Credit note is done, ensure the amount is correct and submit.
