Job Description & Requirements
· Plans and designs landscape spaces
· Manage and maintain the site portfolios including client servicing
· Confer with the landscape architect and other personnel with regards to the managed spaces
· Maintenance planning
· Keeping proper records on the managed spaces
· Conduct regular site inspection to make sure to meet the service level agreement
· Carrying out visual tree assessment to the trees in the property
· Ensure document quality to include completeness and accuracy with established procedures and updates
· Furnishing report upon the completion with the photo attachments
· Liaise with officers regards to work arrangements, site inspections, meeting complaints or any other related matters.
· Minimum Diploma in Horticulture or other related disciplines
· At least 3 years of relevant working experience is preferable for this position
· Team player with effective communication
· Ready for outdoor site work
· Adaptable and able to handle changes
· Prepare purchase orders for various types of plants
· Handle emails/correspondences
· Plan and attend regular meetings with clients for projects
· Provide professional advice on the selection, ordering, planting and maintenance of trees, shrubs,
· groundcovers and turf grasses.
· Attend to feedback and complaints concerning horticultural matters.
· Ensure horticultural contract specifications meet satisfaction.
· Prepare horticulture and management reports.
· Adhere to Safety procedures, protocol and guideline
· Work closely with the operations manager in the planning of resources (workers / equipment etc.)
· Assist in the preparation of pests and diseases control Programmes
· Provide directions / guidance to gardeners on performance expectations and manage landscape challenges
· Facilitate in the onboarding of new gardeners at the work site
