• Responsible for timely and accurate trade/data entries for the LNG market
• Process all trades for submission to exchanges
• Ensure all trade confirmations are promptly and accurately sent
• Check all incoming broker's confirmation against dealing tickets
• Prompt follow-up on trade queries and timely feedback to clients
• Update clients static data
• Assist in ad-hoc projects/assignments as required

Job Requirements:

• Good communications in English is required (good communications in Mandarin Chinese is a plus)
• Strong team player with ability to work independently
• Willing to work outside normal office hours and on holidays, if required
• Need to be comfortable communicating with front-office brokers (confirming details and queries)
• Fast learner and attentive to details
• Keen interest in global oil and commodity markets

• This position needs to make reports to the director who is Mandarin Speaker, proficiency in Mandarin is required.
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures.
• Familiarity with finance regulations.
• Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc).
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like MYOB.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
