Your new role

This role requires strategic workforce planning, analyzing current manpower inventory and forecasting future needs to inform recruitment, retention, and development strategies. Your job scope includes but not limited to the following:

• Lead budgeting exercises as key HR representative.
• Monitor and update manpower readiness, harmonizing planning and budgeting processes.
