Fabrica AI is reinventing how robots are developed. Currently novel robots take 5-20 years. We are building a design automation platform to bring it down to a month, and have already demonstrated significant progress by developing tile grouting robots in record time. A couple other companies are building on the same paradigm shift but we are the only ones using it to automate hardware design, not just software.

Building robots and a design automation platform together brings great synergy - the platform helps us develop robots faster than anyone else and the robots allow us to gather data and do experiments at scale. Data gathering can be done through partnerships with other robotics companies, but doing experiments is crucial for grounding the platform in reality and ensuring its usefulness. The grouting robots are already deploying daily at construction sites and bringing value to clients. We are currently negotiating sales worth around 500k USD. 1. Apply for inspections / audits as per monthly schedule provided and liaison with the auditor / inspector / agents for smooth arrangement.
2. Update online (Crew Matrix, Q88, HVPQ).
3. Provide HVPQ / Class Status / Crew Matrix to the vessel prior inspection.
4. Update QSMS software with observations / operator’s comments for inspection / audits.
5. Open or close drill / training reports from the vessel in the QSMS software.
6. Prepare documents / charterer’s questionnaire as required by the Superintendent.
7. Process marine related invoice (SIRE / CDI / Class audits / VRP / SMFF / GNS / Milbros, etc. in BASS system.
8. Assist CSO in security related records and documentation.
9. Assist in marine filing / new take over vessel documentation.
10. Assist DPA, ADPA, ACCM and vetting manager in updating various marine safety related files, documentation, formatting of word /excel / PPT docs.
11. Back up for marine executive/assistant manager job during his / her absence.
12. Others – As required by the Marine Safety or Operations Superintendent / Managers / Deputy Directors.

-Part Time: Working hours is from 11am to 8pm with hourly rate. Minimum must be able to commit 4 days and above.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. The Assistant Manager shall play a key role in the conceptual development of the construction project and oversee the scheduling and coordination of sub-contractors across various trades
2. He/She will be required to plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan whilst managing the day-to-day operational aspects of projects which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control
3. Responsible for cost management to manage project within approved budgets, include materials, manpower and machinery cost control for new and running projects
4. Responsible for exercising timely instructions to deal with the results of delays, or emergencies at construction project sites
5. Reviewing manpower planning and monitoring of work schedules to ensure orderly delegation of jobs and smooth operation. Ensure to exercise effectively safe and economical methodology and enforces project standards
6. To maintain close collaboration with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers and all stakeholders to minimise errors in the process to achieve smooth completion of projects
7. To liaise closely with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, relevant authorities and developers in resolving site issues and authorities compliance issues
8. Handle any other adhoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirements

1. At least 6 years relevant working experience within the Construction industry
2. Should possess a minimum qualification of Degree in Engineering or Architecture or equivalent qualification
3. Ability to prioritize tasks well and able to work independently
4. Able to work under stress and complete tasks within set deadlines
5. Able to work Night Shift, Weekends and PH, as and when required
