As the Affordability Programs Assistant Manager, Mobile Experience Business, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of Samsung’s Smartphones, Tablets, Wearables, and Mobile Accessories businesses across the Southeast Asia and Oceania region.

As the Affordability Programs Assistant Manager for the Mobile Experience business, you will work closely with subsidiary teams and external partners to manage Samsung’s efforts to build consumer affordability platforms and programs to support business growth across the region.

This will include facilitating partnership proposals, project managing IT platform integration, and guiding go-to-market launch strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Regional project management of Samsung’s internal financing platform, including:

- platform enhancement and IT development;

- retail rollout and execution across diverse retail channels (online and offline);

- commercial offer structuring and refinement;

- managing technical and financial performance against key metrics

· Collaborating internally with cross-functional regional teams and local subsidiaries to enhance and manage platform performance in focus markets

· Guiding go-to-market strategy, launch preparations, and program launch in new markets as needed

· Facilitating new finance partner recruitment, proposals, selection, and negotiations

Requirements

· 5-7 years of project management experience in a B2C business, ideally in a regional role

· Expertise in consumer financing / micro-financing preferred (e.g. BNPL or microfinancing programs); fintech and consumer banking experience also relevant

· Solid understanding of microfinancing programs, loan products and solutions, and corresponding financing partner commercial structures

· Strong project management capabilities are required

· Experience in working closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partners (role will involve working with business teams, financiers, and technical teams)

· Experience coordinating product launches and go-to-market programs is ideal

· Experience working in Southeast Asia markets preferred

We have a great opportunity for a laboratory technician role to join Sequential team.The core functions of this role are to assist in the daily operation of our Molecular Biology team. These functions include performing accurate molecular-based testing, develop and validate molecualr assays.

Key duties include:

• Assist in conducting laboratory experiments related to skin microbiome analysis, including sample collection, DNA extraction, and microbial culture.
• Support senior researchers in performing molecular techniques such as qPCR, DNA sequencing, and microbiome analysis.
• Help in managing and maintaining laboratory equipment and inventory.
• Contribute to data collection, organization, and initial analysis.
• Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records.
• Provide support in preparing reports, documentation, and presentations.
• Stay updated on basic microbiome and molecular biology techniques.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with basic laboratory techniques such as pipetting, sample handling, and microbiology protocols.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.

Experience

• Hands-on experience on performing DNA-based test, e.g. DNA extraction, PCR and qPCR.

Role Description:

• Responsible for ensuring goods are properly updated into system, ensuring landed costs are up and products are ready for release to outlets
• Prepare goods receive list as per supplier’s invoice
• Process Purchase Order for overseas suppliers
• Release goods to outlets for replenish stocks
• Update products’ expiry date and inform relevant departments
• Create new products from both house brands and suppliers in the system
• Calculate Landed Cost per order and updating stock status in the system
• Request & Monitor min max are inputted for new products and replenish stocks
• Prepare EAN barcode information for new products
• Feedback for any discrepancies when goods received
• Create adjustments for purchase order when require
