• Relevant experience in service operations, preferably related to withdrawals or account management
• Background in public sector administration, with focus in policy implementation and stakeholder management would be advantageous
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a strategic mindset
• Self-driven, resourceful, and committed to driving service and operational excellence
• Open to new technologies and methodologies, with experience in data analysis and process improvement
• Ability to manage conflicting stakeholder needs and drive cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with design thinking, and behavioural insights; RPA or Lean Six Sigma
• The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
• Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs.Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare all dental equipment
• Assist dentist in dental treatment
• Handle general sterilization procedure to ensure safe usage of dental equipment
• Obtain patients' medical history and record the information for dentist's reference
• Prepare and update dental patient records
• Assist with Patient Service duties as necessary
• Ensure all patient issues are attended to
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least GCE N Level
• Preferably with at least 3 to 5 years relevant experience in dental clinic setting
• Good communication skills
• Able to multi task
• Able and willing to work on 5.5-day work week
