Are you an organized and proactive individual with experience in personal assistance? We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support our Director in managing both household and office matters.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Provide administrative support to the Director, including managing emails, documents, and travel plans.

•⁠ ⁠Assist with the scheduling and coordination of activities for a primary school-aged child.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure the child is well-coached in his studies and manages his study schedules effectively.

•⁠ ⁠Handle various household matters, ensuring a smooth home environment.

•⁠ ⁠Be available to travel with the Director and/or the child as required.

Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.

•⁠ ⁠Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in managing child’s education and schedules.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills and proficiency in handling correspondence.

•⁠ ⁠Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the Director’s commitments.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to travel as needed.

Academic :

At least A level or Diploma equivalent

Child care experience and certification in education will be an advantage

Must be able to speak and write fluently in English and Chinese

§ Preparing ingredients for the shift; washing vegetables, chopping, seasoning meat, etc.

§ Must able to prepare Curry, Nasi briyani, Nasi kandar, Rojak

§ Making Varieties of RotiPrata & Dosa varieties , Chappathi and Chappathi flour mixing

§ Preparation of south Indian& north Indian curries

§ Taking orders from wait staff or a computerized system

§ Handling multiple food orders at one time

§ Delivering food order to wait staff promptly

§ Sanitizing and cleaning workstations and utensils

§ Assisting other cooks in preparing food or helping other team members when needed

Requirements:

§ Should be willing to work in a fast-paced environment especially when the business demands are high.

§ Must be a team player and be willing to help out wherever necessary in the kitchen sometimes when other members are unwell or not able to come.

§ The ability to work under pressure

§ Willing to work within opening hours (e.g Evenings, weekends & Public holidays), especially at midnight whenever required.

§ Able to work early mornings, nights, and weekends

§ Must pass a background check

§ Able to read and write

§ Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

§ Physical endurance to stand for an entire shift

§ Self-motivated and self-directed
