Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

Working hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off

· Assists in planning, organizing and carrying out project management activities to ensure that assigned projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner to achieve and exceed the cost, quality, timelines and customer satisfaction objectives;

· Assists to ensure that safety procedures are incorporated in all project management activities and takes initiatives to promote a safety working culture;

· Understands contract documentation in conjunction with B.Q. and material specifications;

· Assists in planning for site mobilization and work sequential execution;

· Assists in preparing works schedules and master programs;

· Assists in monitoring project cost budgets and ensuring that desired profit margins are achieved through cost containment, material wastage control, etc;

· Assists in ensuring project performance through close supervision, site checks, close monitoring of site progress and swift resolution of any quality and work schedule issues;

· Assists in ensuring that shop drawings are completed and submissions to the authorities are carried out in a timely manner with Drafting Department;

· Assists in conducting daily meetings with project team members and ensuring that latest changes are communicated to all project staff;

· Attends project kick-off meetings, ongoing meetings and project closure meetings with clients, consultants and other parties;

· Assists in conducting Mass Tool Box meeting with Safety personnel;

· Assists in tracking project performance closely to ensure that projects perform according to agreed schedule, quality and costs;

· Assists in ensuring effective compliance of contractual terms and the full and final settlement of project accounts;

· Assists in updating project development performance in monthly management meetings;

· Assists in ensuring that risk management is taken into account in all project management activities;

· Liaises with suppliers and sub-contractors on contractual matters;

· Assists in responding to consultants’ and requests from others in a pro-active and timely manner;

· Assists in the supervision and motivation of project team members and in promoting teamwork;

· Assists in the deployment of resources and maintenance of duty rosters;

· Liaises with relevant stakeholders effectively to execute the projects in a seamless manner and mitigates any issues that arise;

· Assists in ensuring the execution of projects in accordance with established procedures;

· Assists in ensuring that progress and other reports are prepared in a timely manner as required;

· Assists in project documentation including email communication;

· Assists in verifying sub-contractor claims and material orders with Quantity Surveyors;

· Any other duties as may be assigned.

• Simple presentation to our customers on our company's product feature and after care information to customers
• Build relations with customers for repeated orders.
• Ensure display and stock is always clean, tidy and well organised

Requirement:

• Secondary Education with at least 1-2 year working experience
• Product Training will be provided by the Sales Manager / Supervior
• Able to work as a Team and provide good customer skills
• 5 days work week

• Basic Salary: $2200 to $2400
• Total Gross Salary (Average around): $2800 to $3200 (Or Higher for high performer)

Job Description

• Lead the process and mechanical team for process plant EPC project, including design, engineering, supporting procurement & installation, and testing & commissioning works
• Review tender specifications and meticulously evaluate vendor proposals for process mechanical equipment, propose suitable equipment brands for tender submission and procurement, prepare cost estimations for process mechanical work during the tender stage.
• Provide support during the procurement, contract negotiation, and progress claim processes throughout project execution.
• Lead testing and commissioning activities, ensuring the seamless transition to operational status.
• Plan and manage the process mechanical work schedule, and keep the Management Team informed of project progress, emerging issues, and resource requirements.
• Deliver technical presentations to clients and consultants, responding to their inquiries and comments in a professional manner.
• Manage the process mechanical suppliers and subcontractors according to establish schedule and quality requirement.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor degree in Chemical/Environmental/Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years’ proven experience in process/mechanical design of process plant (incineration plant, water/wastewater plant, etc.), at least 2 years’ experience in leadership or team lead role. Experience in the Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD) wastewater treatment system is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant industry standards and Singapore codes of practice.
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a track record of resolving complex technical issues.
• Proficiency in using commonly used software applications such as MS Office.
• Familiarity with Naviswork and Bentley View Software for P&ID is considered an added advantage.
• Strong leadership abilities, including the capability to lead a team effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate technical discussions and collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.

• Work with Restaurant Manager on sales projection and lead the restaurant team in the attainment of sales targets
• Manage and monitor the outlets ‘sales and expenditures, compare budget against actual and take appropriate actions to meet budgets
• Implement strategies and action plans to meet the sales and operations objectives
• Develop cost control system and procedures for implementation to achieve profit margin
• Analyze and interpret monthly profit and loss statements and take action to drive sales
• Prepare and submit monthly sales and P&L analysis report on a timely basis
• Ensure that the restaurant operates in compliance with Operating Level Programs Standards, local authorities’ and NEA’s regulations
• Conduct Bi-annually Operating Level Programs Standard Checklist in the restaurant and discuss areas for improvement
• Constantly review operation procedures, methods and workflow and introduce improvement to achieve level of efficiency and service
• Assist in the set-up of new restaurant, working with various parties in restaurant layout, selection of equipment, ordering of inventory and other aspects pertaining to the set-up
• Lead and direct the team to attain sales and operational objectives
• Review staff roster to ensure adequate manpower for daily operations
• Plan and anticipate manpower requirements to ensure sufficient manpower for operations
• Verify all voids, refunds, and discounts, and ensure all cash takings of outlets are deposited promptly
• Conduct cash audit, monitor any cash and sales transaction irregularity, and take appropriate actions and institute necessary cash control measures over internal theft
