Network Infrastructure Management:

Support major WAN technologies such as MPLS, IPLC, and SD-WAN.

Manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools like BeyondTrust and Web-Isolation solutions like Menlo.

Assist in threat detection and response using tools like Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems.

Oversee antivirus, endpoint protection, and other cybersecurity solutions.

Compliance and Audit Support:

Support compliance efforts with standards like MOH,and IMDA regulations.

Assist with audits, including Risk Assessments and Vendor Security Evaluations.

Ensure regular updates on security and network policies to meet compliance requirements.

Project Support and Implementation:

Assist in implementing network and cybersecurity projects, such as upgrading firewalls, deploying VPN solutions, or enhancing endpoint security.

Coordinate with external consultants for cybersecurity reviews and assessments.

Support 24x7 Security Operation Centre (SOC) outsourcing and monitoring services.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.

Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CEH, CISSP, or CISM are highly preferred.

Experience:

At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in network administration, cybersecurity, and Data Protection Trust Mark certification as a key stakeholder.

Hands-on experience with firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, CheckPoint) and network devices.

Familiarity with PAM, Web-Isolation, and SIEM tools.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in managing network devices such as routers, switches, and wireless solutions.

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity tools and frameworks.

Experience with patch management tools like HCL BigFix and MDM solutions like Intune or Airwatch.

Familiarity with VPN solutions and WAN technologies.

What you will be working on

You will lead a team of officers responsible for managing the Withdrawal Schemes administration under Account Closure. Your role involves improving business processes and efficiency by actively seeking enhancements and collaborating across departments. • Lead team managing CPF withdrawal schemes and support Section Head in strategising and designing withdrawal services to meet future needs

In this unique role, you’ll be personally groomed by our Marketing Director to achieve accelerated promotions to Deputy Manager and Marketing Manager within 12 to 18 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Marketing Initiatives: Design and execute campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, optimizing content for maximum engagement.
• Drive Customer Engagement: engage online and over calls to convert inquiries into bookings or sales.
• Collaborate & Create: Work with our creative team to produce compelling visual and video content for branding and promotional activities.
• Innovate in Marketing Technologies: Stay ahead of trends, integrating cutting-edge marketing tools to boost performance.
• Execute Sales Events and Promotion campaigns in clinic: Plan and implement in-house marketing events and drive online sales campaigns.
• Develop eCommerce Strategies: Spearhead projects for eShop development and customer reviews.

Ideal Candidate

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Job Summary: The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for supporting the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth HR operations and contributes to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and ensure they have the necessary resources.
• Prepare and issue employment contracts for new hires and amendments for existing employees.
• Ensure contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.

Payroll Management:

• Process payroll on a timely basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
• Maintain payroll records and handle payroll-related inquiries.

Visa Applications:

• Manage visa application processes for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
• Liaise with government agencies and legal advisors regarding visa and work permit issues.

General/HR Administration:

• Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Oversee office supplies and inventory management.
• Support the smooth operation of administrative functions and facilities management.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective procurement and maintenance.
• Organize and manage company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Handle correspondence, reports, and documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for office operations.
• Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
• Maintain and update accurate records, both electronic and physical.
• Provide administrative support to management and other departments.
• Assist with onboarding new employees by coordinating desk setup, IT access, and related admin.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of office administration experience.
• At least a bachelor's degree in Business Management or in any related discipline.
• Proven experience in administrative and HR roles, preferably in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• ·Able to work under pressure and perform effectively in a highly demanding environment.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• HR experience is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to travel on short notice.
