We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to work in the Operation team in Singapore. You will be responsible for areas of HR including recruitment, employee engagement, compensation and reward and performance management cycles.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance staff morale and job satisfaction.
• Handle monthly payroll processes, including reimbursements, CPF, and claims.
• Calculate overtime and monthly variable bonuses.
• Monitor attendance for all employees across outlets.
• Manage leave matters, insurance claims, and business grants related to pay.
• Track and process medical claims and reimbursements.
• Apply for, issue, and renew work passes for foreign employees.
• Create job descriptions, manage job postings, screen candidates, and conduct interviews.
• Handle all employee documentation, including contracts, onboarding forms, uniform deposits, and data entry into the HR system.
• Prepare employment contracts, promotion letters, termination letters, and disciplinary action letters.
• Conduct general filing and scanning of employee files.
• Maintain and manage employee records.
• Issue uniforms and name badges to new hires.
• Create and administer staff satisfaction surveys and provide counseling as needed.
• Plan and implement training programs and handle related grant matters.
• Manage all office administrative tasks such as ordering stationery and pantry supplies.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirement:

• Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
• Good knowledge of local employment laws & HR related matters.
• Experience in F&B or Hospitality industry and HR experience would be an advantage.
• Using Maju system
• Proficient in MS-Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Can work under pressure
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
