THE ROLE
The role of the Personal Assistant is to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth daily operations.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the CEO.
· Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including emails, phone calls and inquiries.
· Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
· Prepare reports, presentation slides.
· Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings.
· Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes during meetings.
· Facilitate the organization of events, arranging venues, catering and managing guest lists.
· Perform all other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Key Requirements
· Minimum Diploma holder with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience supporting C-suite or Senior Management
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Meticulous, detail-oriented, and proactive in anticipating the needs of the CEO.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and able to work independently.
· High degree of professionalism, maturity, and integrity when handling sensitive information.
· Flexible and adaptable, able to work outside regular office hours when needed.
· Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
