I’m looking to hire a part time assistant starting immediately. This role involves handling sensitive information, managing schedules, organizing files, and assisting with a variety of tasks.

The role would entail:

• Assist is creating and maintaining reports, spreadsheets and other documents.
• Business development support for organisational growth
• Schedule management
• Organising files and folders
• Maintaining digital assets

Required Qualifications:

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
• Attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.

Candidate must be availabe for 2-3 days a week. Hours are flexible

Remote work - work from your choice of space.
