JOB RESPONSIBILITES

REQUIREMENTS

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and office supplies.
• Handle administrative tasks like data entry and filing.
• Welcome and assist visitors professionally, log their details, and issue passes.
• Notify staff of visitor arrivals and ensure proper visitor sign-in/out procedures.

HR Administration:

• Coordinate employee perks (long service awards, gift baskets, birthday celebrations).
• Manage HR-related vendor quotes, POs, and payments.
• Monitor HR budget and provide monthly spending reports.
• Support Asia-level administrative tasks, including handling overseas guests, deliveries, offsite coordination, and ordering office groceries
