Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong
focus on recruitment and a preference for candidates with an F&B background.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and is
eager to grow with our company. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role
in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and supporting various HR
functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full HR Spectrum: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and statutory requirements.
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
Leave, Claims, and Attendance Administration:
- Manage employee leave records, claims processing, and attendance tracking using HR systems.
- Address leave and claims queries promptly and ensure records are updated accurately.
HR Reporting:
- Prepare monthly HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and recruitment analytics.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on HR data and trends.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues professionally and maintaining confidentiality.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and assist in organizing programs to enhance employee skills.
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
Compliance and Audit:
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Singapore labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Prepare for and support internal and external audits as required.
Ad-hoc Duties:
- Handle additional HR-related tasks and projects as assigned to support organizational needs
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 of HR generalist experience, including Talent acquisition experience in the F&B industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
