Requirements:

· Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business & Marketing or equivalent.

· Proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint

· Possess excellent project management skills

· Data savvy and high level of analytical skills

· Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills

· Independent, proactive, and able to work as a team in ambiguous environment

Responsibilities:

• Customer engagement and support
• Optimise sales opportunities
• Monitoring and replenishment of stocks/inventory
• Analyse the sales performance within the department
• Handle the administrative functions of the department

Requirements:

• Diploma holders or those with 2 years of retail supervisory experience may apply
• Positive disposition and customer service oriented
• Good working attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• A team player who is independent and able to work to work under pressure
• Required to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays

Job Profile:

• Processing payments for trade transactions and passing entries to facilitate journaling of AP related transactions.

• Support in executing various banking related transactions.

• Support Accounts Manager in any ad hoc requirements as per need.

• Filing and upkeep of documents.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of working/exposure in ERP environment or automated accounting software - preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.

• Education requirements : Diploma/ Bachelors Degree.

• Minimum 2-5 years experience in accounts department preferably in a trading company.
