13. Responsible for control of maintenance cost, procurement of new components for existing equipment, or replacing the entire set of machines after a prescribed period of usage is complete.
14. Ensure all ISO documentations relating to Maintenance of plant machineries are up-to-date.
15. Report to Production Manager and Top Management on the performance of the quality management system including opportunities for improvements.
16. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management and/or the designated manager.

Requirements

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in maintenance in an automation / equipment manufacturing environment. OR
2. Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or related / Professional Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in maintenance in an automation / equipment manufacturing environment.
3. Able to multi-task, work independently, proactive with positive attitude.
4. Resilient, self-driven and analytical.
5. A strong problem solver with an eye for detail and an analytical mind.
6. Able to stand, stoop, squat and kneel for long periods of times, as well as lift, push and pull large machine parts or machines or machines as needed.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
8. Familiar with various ISO / QMS standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001.
9. Able to work on weekends / public holidays when required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue invoices, credit notes, and refunds in an accurate and timely manner.
• Maintain and monitor a balanced AR aging report for designated accounts, ensuring timely collections.
• Follow up on outstanding payments, address delays, and manage any payment discrepancies or irregularities.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to invoicing, collections, and payments.
• Reconcile payments received, ensuring accurate financial records are maintained.
• Assist in the month-end closing process for AR functions to ensure timely reporting.
• Regularly review customer aging reports and collaborate with sales teams to facilitate payment settlements.
• Conduct customer application reviews and participate in weekly sales meetings to address overdue invoices.
• Support the audit process and perform other duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field
