Job Title: Executive / Assistant Manager

• Coordinate product feedback from customers, pharmacists, and medical staff.
• Negotiate with suppliers and conduct pricing surveys for competitive pricing.
• Manage promotional activities, product updates, and pricing in SAP.
• Oversee inventory, product shelf life, and stock replenishment.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high customer service.
• Prepare management reports on retail performance.

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in retail management and operations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
