Job Scope:

This Talent Management role is responsible for creating and implementing integrated strategies that enhance talent performance, development, and engagement. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to manage talent pipelines, foster employee growth, and design impactful learning experiences. **Key Responsibilities:**

**Integrated Talent & Development Strategy:**

Design and implement cohesive strategies that align talent management and learning initiatives to drive business outcomes and employee growth.

**Performance & Growth Enablement:**

Facilitate performance review processes to identify development opportunities and provide actionable career pathways for employees.

**Succession and Workforce Planning:**

Develop talent pipelines and succession plans by identifying high-potential employees and addressing critical skill gaps through targeted development programs.

**Learning Program Development:**

Design and deliver comprehensive learning solutions, including workshops, e-learning, and leadership development initiatives, to enhance employee capabilities.

**Engagement and Retention:**

**Competency Frameworks:**

**Analytics and Reporting:**

**Technology Enablement:**

Utilize HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to streamline talent management and development processes.

**Change Management:**

Support organizational change initiatives by equipping employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to evolving business priorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Talent Management and/or Learning & Development roles.
• Strong knowledge of talent management practices and learning program design.
• Ability to integrate talent development and learning strategies seamlessly.
• Proficiency in HRIS and LMS platforms.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Project management experience with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in a multinational or complex organizational structure.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for empowering employee growth and success.
• Collaborative and adaptable in working with diverse teams and stakeholders.

AP

• Verify, process, and book invoices with appropriate documentation via the AP Automation system / SAP.
• Prepare payments to vendors via SAP payment proposal and other banking portals.
• Record all outgoing payments in SAP.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of AP aging reports with vendors and distributors.
• Maintain and set up vendor master data in SAP.
• Generate monthly AP aging reports.
