• Perform the assigned logistics works e.g. receiving goods, inspection, pick & pack, inventory control, etc, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures / Instruction given
• Coordinate with internal and external parties as required by Standard Operating Procedures /instruction
• Organize stock and merchandise within the warehouse by properly unboxing and storing goods in their designated location
• Maintain accurate records of stock that have been stocked and reported to Customer service/Superior if any stock re-location/cargo not found during picking
• Verify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice/Packing list to the order and ensure all goods are in good condition when received
• Marking on incoming documents if discrepancy /damage are found and report to Supervisor/Customer service immediately
• Verify all outgoing shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice/Packing List to the order and ensure all goods are correct before release to transporter/driver/export container
• Manage and handle shipping, loading and unloading of goods
• Accurate on picking/packing, weight and cargo dimensions are correctly taken

· Counts, sorts, and checks incoming articles; verifies against requisitions, shipping notices, or invoices.

· Responsible for handling the daily inventory outbound or inbound.

· If stocks arrive on Friday, would need to complete the stocks on the day itself.

· Works with Merchandiser to check inventory periodically to determine reordering needs and verify with records; requisitions standard stock items, supplies, or materials within established limits; notifies designated staff of fast-moving items.

· Places or changes price tags on merchandise; places tags, markers, or labels on product.

· Packs and ships packages according to instructions using boxes, packing materials, and sealing tape.

· Records or documents changes in data.

· Ensure checks to verify stock levels for re-ordering are accurate and appropriate. Update computer system to enable accurate stock levels.

· Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure they can be reconciled.

· Gathers requisitioned supplies, merchandise, or materials and prepares for delivery or pick-up.

· Conducting and assisting monthly stock count.

· Provide Customer service when needed

· Other inventory-related jobs assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning across departments.

● Manage financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management, to ensure fiscal responsibility and growth.

● Build and nurture relationships with external partners, including suppliers, regulatory authorities, and strategic business alliances.

● Identify areas for operational, technological, and product improvement, collaborating with product and engineering teams to drive innovation.

● Participate in strategic planning, supporting senior leadership in setting and achieving company goals.

● Ensure compliance and navigate regulatory requirements, especially in healthcare-related consumer robotics.

● Lead efforts to register healthcare-related consumer products with relevant authorities.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

● Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting, cost management, and forecasting is a plus.

● Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape, especially regarding consumer healthcare product registration.

● Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

● Analytical and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
