Responsibility

• Collaborate with management to resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Review and approve company processes and policies to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Analyze organizational structure and recommend improvements to the Managing Director to enhance efficiency.
• Lead initiatives for change, innovation, and continuous improvement to support business opportunities.
• Implement and oversee yield management strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability across all divisions.
• Ensure proposals meet company standards, including accurate costing.
• Manage headcount and budgets to boost productivity and ensure effective succession planning.
• Provide leadership by communicating and reinforcing the company’s strategic goals to stakeholders.

• Work closely with Business Development to develop a strong sales strategy aligned with company objectives.

Job Description:

· To handle new trainees in all aspects, organise and plan all upcoming classes with the team.

· To work closely with owner and relevant team, to discuss and come up with new strategies regarding sales and training methods.

· Take part, socialise and assist in events held by the company.

· Research and understand new trends in the fitness industry.

Requirements:

· CPT cert, CPR & AED

· Be able to handle group classes

· Planning and organising skills

· High communication skills

· People management skills

· Knowledge in Hyrox training, techniques and race preparation

· At least 2 years in the fitness industry

· worked with at least 100++ clients

Remuneration:

· $2500 - $4000 depending on experience and qualifications (with 2 months’ probation)
