Job Description:

• Assess the creditworthiness of SMEs or Individuals in applying for loans or credit by analysing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data.

• Evaluate the potential risks associated with extending credit to customers or counterparties, considering factors such as their payment history, financial stability, industry trends, and economic conditions.

• Develop and implement credit risk policies and procedures to ensure consistent and effective risk management practices across the organization.

• Develop or utilize credit scoring models to quantify credit risk and make informed lending decisions.

• Monitor and manage the organization's credit portfolio, including identifying emerging risks, assessing portfolio performance, and implementing strategies to mitigate risk.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines governing credit risk management, such as Basel III requirements or local regulatory standards.

• Communicate credit risk assessments and recommendations to senior management, stakeholders, and relevant departments within the organization.

• Make credit decisions, including approving or rejecting credit applications, setting credit limits, and negotiating terms and conditions of credit agreements.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in finance, economics or accounting

• 8-10 years’ experience in credit risk analysis, underwriting, or portfolio management is often required, with increasingly responsible roles demonstrating a progression of skills and knowledge.

• Strong analytical skills are essential for evaluating financial data, assessing risk factors, and developing effective risk management strategies.

• A solid understanding of financial principles, including accounting, financial statement analysis, and credit risk metrics, is necessary for success in this role.

• Familiarity with credit risk management concepts, methodologies, and best practices is essential, along with an understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Effective communication skills are important for conveying complex information, presenting recommendations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams

• The ability to pay attention to detail is crucial for accurately assessing credit applications, identifying risk factors, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

• Strong decision-making skills are needed to evaluate credit risk factors, weigh potential outcomes, and make informed lending decisions that align with the organization's risk appetite and objectives.

• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems used for credit analysis, risk modeling, and portfolio management is often required.

Job Description & Requirements

· Attend to walk-in applicants applying for loans, including working with business

partners and tapping on external resources for referral of loan cases

· Ensure the eligibility of all loan applicants to proceed with loans and evaluate how

creditworthy or not the applicant might be based on their history and current finances

before recommending them for approval.

· Timely processing of bilateral and syndication loan drawdown, rollover, rate fixing,

billing, repayment, and facility fee collection.

· Support remittance and deposit placement functions.

· Perform AML screening as well as pre & post-transactional handling.

· Timely and proper response to internal/external stakeholder inquiries and on

matters relating to the services provided by the Branch.

· Maintain proper records of all loan files.

· Perform daily reconciliation, audit confirmation, management, and regulatory

reporting.

Job Requirements

· Strong working knowledge of back-office operations

· Working understanding of regulations, industry guidelines, and best practices.

· Knowledge of AML & Terrorist Financing as well as Operational Risk issues.

· Meticulous and good problem-solving skills.

· Preferably with tertiary education with at least 5 years of relevant working

experience in Loan Sales / Operations.

Job Scope

• To implement effective and consistent sales processes.
• Drive sales process leadership from contact through strategy, proposal, presentation & successful conclusion for IT & Digital services within a defined market.
• To achieve established sales goals related to the building of necessary pipeline, legitimate contacts made within target market, presentations made to key stakeholders and decision makers, pilots produced, and full service and production agreements executed.
• Establish sales objectives through effective forecasting.
• To manage and develop major and critical customer accounts and coordinate the management of account management support when needed.
• To negotiate all aspects of contractual agreement including terms and conditions, duration, and pricing with the contracting entity.
• To develop and maintain relationships at the 'C Suite' while understanding and communicating prospective customers' corporate culture.
• To constantly cultivate and establish good rapport and relationship with clients.
• To maintain client relationship post-sale as account management to ensure satisfaction, ensure delivery against subsequent work order activity and identify additional opportunity within account based on evolving needs of client over the longer term.
• To prepare/craft out quotations and proposals with Technical Solution Pre-sales team and Delivery team for clients’ needs and requirements.
• To work well with Operation/Delivery Teams and other relevant stakeholders for the account management and smooth service delivery.
• To ensure proper handling/producing of sales documentation with strict adherence to company policies and processes.
• To research, monitor and understand the market trends and competitive trends to create strategic plans that will deliver desired results.
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospect
• Interfacing with vendors / suppliers and building up relationships
• Record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report as directed by the respective sales manager
