• Cultivate and manage positive relationships with customers across the region
• Developing strategic customer and product value propositions, messaging that map to our product roadmap that resonates with our target audience.
• Concept and coordinate creative approach, strategy and execution of multi-channel email and social media campaigns that resonate with Asia L&W customers
• Strategic planning, execution, and management of high-impact events, ensuring seamless operations, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcome
• Coordinate and align cadence for customer comms with sales and customer strategy, with an emphasis on consistency and roadmap alignment

Stakeholder Management

• Keep stakeholders informed about marketing initiatives, progress, and performance through regular updates and clear reporting.
• Actively seek input from key stakeholders (such as sales, customer product, and leadership) to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with their priorities and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging, and position reflects the overall vision and goals of the organization
• Set realistic goals and timelines, and addressing any concerns or objections to ensure buy-in and support from all relevant parties

Digital Marketing

• Enhance online visibility for good news, product launches, and partnerships in the region through the following:

1. Develop and coordinating social media content for sales reps and the official corporate account, with an emphasis on LinkedIn
2. Help lead adoption of emerging technologies and platforms to accelerate L&W digital programs

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a professional marketing function, i.e., Product Marketing, Casino Game Marketing, Brand Management, Product Sales, etc.
• Strong knowledge of the business and long-term strategic goals
• Ability to analyze external factors influencing product performance
