Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (AP):

• Process AP invoices, payments, and fixed asset data.
• Reconcile vendor statements and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare AP reports, including bank reconciliation and aging.
• Manage vendor records and serve as the main contact for AP queries.
• Handle ad-hoc payments, credit card reconciliations, and month-end ledger.
• Archive AP documents and improve processes.

General Ledger:

• Prepare financial reports and journal vouchers.
• Handle fixed asset capitalization and audit liaison.

Cash Handling:

• Administer and reconcile petty cash and cash advances.
• Prepare petty cash reports and ensure timely reconciliation.

In this role, you will:

• Display excellent customer service skills, teamwork and understanding to achieve customer satisfaction,
• Ensure excellent discipline and grooming standards are always displayed while on duty,
• Verify information on travel documents, passports and/or visas,
• Ensure that the handling requirements of the various categories of passengers (e.g. unaccompanied minors, young passengers, elderly and passengers with special needs etc.) have been met and that special services and facilities are provided,
• Assist customers with issues regarding to automated check-in systems,
• Ensure effective communication with the passengers and the senior management and update if any flight or service delays are anticipated,
• Follow the safety and security standards in the workplace,
• Identify and report breaches of safety and security standards in the workplace.

Qualifications & Experience

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below criteria:

• Minimum High School Diploma
• Previous customer service experience preferred
