Job Scope:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Human Resource Executive/Manager to handle HR responsibilities across our multinational offices. With a total of over 50 employees spread across Singapore, India, China, Dubai and other South East Asian Countries, the HR professional will ensure smooth functioning of HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Develop and manage recruitment processes for all locations.
Conduct interviews and coordinate onboarding for new hires.
HR Policy and Compliance:
Develop, implement, and update HR policies to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all offices.
Monitor and address legal compliance in employment matters.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related concerns.
Foster a positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts effectively.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
Collaborate with finance teams to manage payroll processes.
Oversee employee benefits programs and ensure timely administration.
Training and Development:
Identify employee training needs and organize training programs.
Facilitate career development initiatives for staff.
Performance Management:
Manage performance appraisal processes and set clear KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Support managers in addressing performance issues constructively.
HR Data Management:
Maintain and update employee records securely.
Provide reports and insights on HR metrics.
Coordination and Communication:
Liaise with office heads in different regions to align HR strategies.
Manage internal communications related to HR announcements and updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a multinational setup.
Strong knowledge of employment laws across relevant countries.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
Experience managing HR across multiple countries in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM, CIPD).
