Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 working experience in Logistics & Supply Chain / Freight Forwarding
• Have basic knowledge in Airfreight or Billing
• Able to work in teams & as well as with air operation teams

Roles & Responsibilities

· Supervision of workers and subcontractors on daily site activities

· Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are on time

· Compliance to safe work procedures and maintain good house-keeping

· Ensure safety matters on site and quality of completed works

· Assist Project Manager in material and equipment acquisition

· Supervise site electrical installation.

· Confirm progress reports, monitor project activities

· Raise purchase requisition

· Liaise with Project Manager

· Prepare documents for electrical testing

· Rectify and repair electrical issues at site

· Prepare and submit tender quotations

· Submit progress claims, monitor project activities

· Project planning, execute resource management and control

· Co-ordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers and Consultants for Building Construction

Electrical Works

· Arrange and monitor work progress

. Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

. Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

. Good knowledge of MS Office

· Monitor project costing to ensure project to be completed within budget and on time
