Salary Range: $10 - $12/hr

• Support the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing plans that includes content creation, distribution and optimisation to engage audiences that effectively elevate our value proposition in establishing connections, relationships and rapport in the customers segments
• Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for various channels
• Manage 3rd parties content partnerships and agency partners
• Conduct research, evaluate and develop understanding of the subject of interest, landscape, competition etc. in order to define content and engagement opportunities
• Plan and execute customer engagement virtual and physical events, internally and externally

Dental assisting (all new staff to start with)

• Various procedures such as scaling and polishing
• Fillings
• Implants and wisdom tooth surgery
• Root canal treatment
• Crowns
• Dentures

Housekeeping

• Cleaning & sterilization of instruments
• Stocktake
• Cleaning of premises
• Ensuring the clinic always operational
• Ensure treatment room is sufficiently stocked all the time
• Lab casting

Reception work (for experience staff or eligible staff)

• Handle patient enquiries efficiently & politely
• Improve sales through patient enquires
• Dispense medication & giving post treatment instructions
• Billing
• Coordinating & booking appointments
• Coordinating lab cases

Skills requirement

• Basic knowledge of using computer
• Previous dental experience (minimum 1 year)
• Training will be provided to those without experience - to start with basic assisting before doing reception
• Able to commit to 2 weekday nights & 1 weekend (either Saturday or Sunday) at least , occasionally both weekend
• Fluent in mandarin (added advantage)
