What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive all functions HR to support overall growth of the company
• Keep accurate and confidential records of employee details
• Prepare HR related letters including but not limited to Terms of Employment, Confirmation Letters, Performance Improvement Plans, Appeal Letters, Termination Letters etc
• Plan and apply for work passes
• Manage the entire talent acquisition pipeline
• Oversee and supervise team of recruiters
• Conduct interviews and negotiations with candidates as needed
• Manage employee benefits including but not limited to foreign worker insurance, workplace injury insurance, medical benefits, leave administration etc.
• Manage and oversee accurate and timely process of employee payroll including but not limited to timesheets review, salary calculations, payroll report generation, maintain foreign worker quota balance etc
• Keep track of mandatory staff training needs and ensure the requirements are met including but not limited to PWM requirements, expiring food hygiene certificates etc
• Prepare and deliver training materials on ad hoc basis

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or similar is advantageous but not required
• At least 3 – 5 years of HR experience, preferably in F&B and retail industries

Duties and Responsibilities

Education and Experience:

• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in HR administration and payroll processing
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, Success Factors or other HRIS, and payroll software
• Adaptable and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Team player, able to work under pressure in a fast -paced environment
• Ensure accurate and timely computations of overtime, leave, and payroll adjustments while maintaining strict confidentiality
• Good understanding of Singapore labour laws and payroll regulations
• Organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Fresh graduates may be considered.

This position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential functions:

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including salary computation, statutory submissions, and payslip generation
• Address and resolve payroll-related queries with a discreet approach
• Support HR onboarding processes, including offer letters, contracts, and new hire documentation
• Assist with HR projects, adapting quickly to changing priorities and evolving needs
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and Singapore labour laws.
• Prepare HR reports, payroll summaries, and statutory filings with precision and confidentiality.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, always safeguarding sensitive employee information
• Support in other ad hoc tasks as assigned by HR Director.

Job Title: HR / Payroll Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR / Payroll Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including payroll management, employee records, benefits administration, and tax processing. You will also work closely with government agencies to process work passes and NS payments, as well as assist with training and other administrative duties as needed. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and process monthly payroll, employee records, leave, benefits, and income tax matters.
• Coordinate with government agencies for work pass applications, NS payments, and other compliance-related tasks.
• Support training initiatives and assist in employee development programs.
• Assist the HR Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks and other HR-related duties.
• Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum ‘O’ Level, Nitec, or ITE qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in an HR-related role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

HR duties in accordance with MOM Regulations:

• Lead and manage a team of HR staff and be responsible for the processing of all work passes for over including the application, renewal, cancellation of Employment, Dependent and S Passes.

• To organize and plan yearly training programs for staff and workers.

• Coordination of internal and external training, including the maintaining of attendance records and scheduling.

• Involved in the full hiring process from the scheduling of Interviews, sitting in with hiring managers, vetting of candidates and salary negotiation.

• Job posting and liaison with recruitment agencies.

• Work pass matters: application/renewal/cancellation.

• Prepare and arrange worker's onboarding and offboarding process.

• Coordinate and manage dormitory/accommodation matters.

• Handle worker's home leave and repatriation arrangement.

• Attendance, leave management and government claims/survey.

• Arrange training course for workers.

• Monitor leave management and attendance checks.

• Provide advice to employees on all HR matters including grievances

• Bridge between employees and Management team to forge a cordial working environment

• Preparing of employment contracts, confirmation, promotion and increment notices for all staff including workers

• Proper documentation of employee movements across project sites, salary adjustments and re-designations.

• Assist in mid-year and annual performance reviews.

• Purchase and maintaining company insurance policies, including bonds, foreign workers medical insurance, work injury compensation policy, office policy, hospitalization and surgical policy.

• Attend MOM court case on workers’ complaints.

• Provide weekly/monthly HR Reports, including project site headcount, work permit quotas, cost control budgeting and payroll reports.

• Manage office and factory facilities, monthly office procurement, etc.

• Manage petty cash and assist in monthly petty cash claims, etc.

• Arrange monthly meeting.

• Manage company licensing and certificate renewal, eg. bizSafe, BCA workhead, etc.

• Manage company vehicles, insurance and road tax renewal, COE, servicing and maintenance, etc.

Job Requirements

· Min 5 years of relevant experience in Singapore Building Construction Industry, experience in maincon company

· Possess good managerial skills
