Responsibilities:

Leave Administration:

• Manage leave group mailbox and support leave-related inquiries (joiners, leave entitlements, year-end calculations).

The HR BPO Executive is responsible for supporting the delivery of outsourced HR services to clients, ensuring that HR processes like payroll, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance are efficiently managed. Responsibilities:

Payroll Management

- Process monthly payroll for clients, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements, CPF contributions, income tax filings (IR8A/IR21), and other statutory submissions.

- Ensure payroll records are compliant with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and other local regulatory bodies.

About the role:

Working closely with outsourced partner, you will act as the first point of contact for employees on any HR & Admin related queries and you will be handling the following responsibilities.

Payroll & Attendance

• On weekly basis, download time attendance from the app and submit to outsource partner to update the time and attendance records. Pass the time and attendance for the Kitchen Supervisor to approve
• Ensure the payroll and leave data updates are submit timely to outsource partner
