Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of GST accounts and record transaction data accurately.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation, financial reporting, closing statements, and manage AR/AP.
- Reconcile POS system transactions, including cash, bank, and credit card payments.
- Update fixed assets and depreciation records in accounting software.
- Prepare and review supplier payments, ensuring compliance with credit terms.
- Track and verify expenses, cash claims, and card usage submitted by outlet heads.
- Generate and maintain payroll and salary reports.
- Update attendance records, leave schedules, overtime, etc.
- Stay updated on MOM guidelines and implement changes as required.
- Handle general administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience managing full-spectrum accounts, preferably in F&B.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with cross functional team.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to multi-task efficiently.
- Independent, collaborative, and a good team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
- Familiarity with Xero accounting, Zealys payroll, ePOS systems, and credit card portals.
- 5-day work week, immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
- No quota for foreign staff who need for working pass.
