Duties

Responsibilities:

• Explore and recommend new business ventures, which can expand our portfolio and product offering to clients.
• Drive the team to deliver the group commercial strategy, including budgeted volume/revenue.
• Develop and maintain Agency Performance Targets and Evaluation tools to ensure performance is in line with principal requirements.
• Develop and support management of Regional Key Accounts with aim to deliver more name account (NAC) business on a mix of contract validities.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Explore business opportunities to multiple regions and countries
• Represent the company in industry events and conferences.

Qualifications

• 5 years of business development experiences in maritime industry
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies
• Willingness to travel and attend clients/ industry events as needed
