• Assist the supervisor in the counting of stocks in cycle counts and stock takes
• Maintain proper records of daily sales and customer counts e.g.
• Perform data entries in inventory system - SAP
• Maintain the equipment used in the pharmacy Assist the supervisors in administrative matters & orientating new staff on retail workflows as well as pharmacy activities
• Ensure that the computer systems are ready to serve patients at the start of the day
• Ensure good housekeeping
• Maintain the security of stocks, premise and stored information at all times

Requirements

· GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ / ‘A’ Levels or Diploma Holders

· Good organisational and administrative skills

· Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

· Good team player, have an eye for details and ability to multi-task
