Job Description

• Position Title: Driver cum Warehouse Assistant
• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon to Fri (8.15 am – 5.15 pm), Sat (8.15 am – 12.15 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely for transporting construction materials and equipment between construction site and warehouse.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of vehicle.
• Perform warehouse duties, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials, while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries, pickups, and shipments, ensuring timely transportation and resolving logistics issues.
• Conduct regular stock counts, update inventory systems, and maintain reports on inventory levels.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

· Attend to check in and guests' enquiries

· Perform cashiering and check-outs accurately and efficiently

· Responsible for handling room reservations

· Handle all incoming telephone calls and emails related to room reservations and front office

· Provide excellent customer service to guests

· Attend to challenging situations and perform service recovery if necessary

Requirements

· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level

· Candidates with Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism or equivalent will be preferred

· Enjoy meeting and interacting with people

· Excellent communication skills both written and spoken

· Ability to work on 3-rotating shifts

· Experienced in Property Management System and computer skills would be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Support a wide range of Accounts Receivable (AR) duties, including preparing invoices, verifying sales, managing month-end closing, and performing account reconciliation.
• Prepare and process various documents, such as Invoices (Credit and Cash Terms) and Credit Notes.
• Track and monitor collections and payments, updating the Aging List for the Sales team to follow up where necessary.
• Reconcile outstanding payments, resolve billing disputes, and address discrepancies.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO).
• Assist with Stock Management, including tracking daily stock movements and managing monthly and year-end stock take.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of AR, AP, and GL transactions into the accounting system.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the weekend operations of designated outlets.
• Demonstrate a strong desire to upsell promotional items and motivate the team to achieve daily sales targets.
• Develop training plans for new hires at new outlets and provide on-site coaching to support operations during the initial month of opening.
• Offer counseling and mentorship to outlet staff to ensure alignment with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Conduct on-the-job training sessions and performance assessments.
• Gather and evaluate learner feedback, ensuring consistent performance improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with the Branch Manager.
• Perform other training-related administrative duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of proven experience in F&B/Hotel training.
• Skilled in conducting on-the-job training.
• Experience in monitoring training performance across multiple outlets and frequently cross-deploying between locations.
• Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; competency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word) is required.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to ensure timely project delivery and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• ACTA, ACTA v4, or ACLP certification will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python/ Powershell/ VBA/ SQL with hands-on experience in data manipulation and analysis libraries.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and the ability to effectively communicate complex analytical results to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking, with the capacity to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
