Job Description

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, from receiving and storing goods to preparing items for shipment.

Responsibilities:

1. Receive, check, and store product items in designated warehouse locations (Inbound).
2. Pick, check, and pack product items for outbound shipments.
3. Repack packages and perform minor maintenance tasks such as cleaning and oiling spare parts.
4. Prepare cargo for shipment.
5. Conduct inventory housekeeping and cycle counting.
6. Assess stock conditions and carry out minor rework on pallets or stocks.
7. Ensure all processes adhere to company standards and internal controls.
8. Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the warehouse.

Requirements

1. Essential Skills: Forklift license is required.
2. Proficiency in basic computer usage.
3. Experience:Minimum 1 year of relevant warehouse or logistics experience.
4. Physical Capability:Able to move items weighing up to 20kg.
   Comfortable walking extensively and working in a non-air-conditioned environment.
5. Soft Skills:Proactive and positive work attitude.
   Able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
   Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Workplace: Pioneer (West).
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
• Employment Type: 1-year renewable contract (under client payroll).
