Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 years of full-set accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).

Job Description:

• Handle full sets of accounts including invoicing, receipt updates, vendor invoice processing, payment arrangements, journal entries, maintenance, bank reconciliation, balance sheet schedules, fixed assets registers, and general ledger
• Manage day-to-day financial operations and monitor cashflow
• Prepare and review gst submission and tax returns
• Preparation of financial statements and assist in other related statutory filings required
• Manage end to end payroll process, including preparation, calculation and disbursement of monthly salary/commission
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements such as CPF, income tax and other relevant payroll tax obligations
• Support general administrative task

Lighting Designer

Salary: $3200 - $4200

Prime lighting specialist in Singapore and specialize in a wide range of lighting products and have been highly successful in securing numerous projects for commercial, industrial, institutional, utility and residential lighting.

Job scope:

• Demonstrate a clear understanding of Light in the architectural context
• Produce Lux calculations, Product Brochure, Cut-Sheets, Renderings, AutoCAD Drawings, Specification Sheets, Work Instructions and Procedure Manuals calculations
• Develop concepts into schematic and detailed designs with CAD drawings and technical specifications
• Work closely with clients to develop concepts for façade, interior and landscape lighting
• Provide budget and power consumption estimates
• Represent the company at meetings & design-workshops with clients/suppliers
• Work with large scale floor plans and calculate lux level
• Multi-task across all ES-team projects and work independently
• Manage project administration including Project Logs; Project Document/ Issuance Register & filing according to documentation standards
• Be responsible for time management concerning project deadlines; deliverables; meeting scheduling
• Continually enhance professional knowledge of new technologies
• Manage and continually update other staff about new products procured
• Provide Graphic Design support for marketing materials on an ad-hoc basis
• Proactive and creative in recommending products/modification in lighting stimulation to achieve target objectives

Requirements

• Min 2-3 years of relevant design experience in Lighting Design or relevant disciplines
• Experience on large scale architectural projects is advantageous
• Proficient or experienced in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, DiaLux/DiaLuxEVO, AGI32, AutoCAD 2D/3D, Microsoft Office and Excel
