Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for the local company entity.
• Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Calculation of overtime, allowance, and salary computation.
• Keep track of employee attendance for record via HR system.
• Processing of staff claims and statutory claims.
• Liaise with external vendors to review payroll reports for overseas entities, to ensure accuracy.
• Handle work passes and permits application and renewal processes.
• Prepare and submit mandatory government reports to MOM.
• Maintain accurate HR records and personnel files.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• At least 2 – 3 years of experience in handling end-to-end payroll processing for local and regional entities.
• Prior experience using Timesoft payroll system will be ideal.
• Candidate with immediate availaibility or with short notice will be an added advantage.

• Collaborate with the Human Resources business and IT business partners to analyze and define business requirements.

• Solid interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment.
• Strong interest in the latest trends with artificial intelligence in the Human Resources domain
• Exposure or interest to work with programming languages.
• You thrive at problem-solving and making decisions, both as a teammate and independently.
