• Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; assit to plan, monitor, and appraise job results;
• Assist to initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures.
• Assist to maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities.
• Help to maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; Assist to facilite corrections to malfunctions within process control points
• Participating in tofu manufacturing and machine operation

Requirement

• Flexible for night shift and day shift
• Working environment is wetty and need to touch water
• Good attitude and communication skills
• Able to work on weekend and PH day.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist operations engineer in generating reports
• Material taking off
• Ordering material for projects
• Registering & monitoring of training courses for foreign workers
• Ad hoc operations support, e.g., printing documents and drawings

Pre-requisites:

• GCE N/ O/ NITEC or equivalent
• Preferably with a minimum of 1 year's working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player who is service-oriented and with a positive attitude

Working Environment:

• 5-day work week & alternate Half-day Saturday
• Staggered work arrangements available
